The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, First General Realty Corporation, directs the management of all BDG properties with a full range of proficiency, including property management, leasing and sales. Residential, commercial and retail projects have benefited from a direct, responsible approach. Leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial controls are all handled directly by experienced staff. Ada Piktys – Lease Administrator

As an integral member of the Property Management team, Ada is responsible for generation and administration of all commercial and residential leases. She is also responsible for supervision of initial tenant relations. Ada has been a member of the BDG staff since 2007, and is a graduate of the Art Institute of Boston at Leslie University.

Andy Gineo – Leasing Manager

Andy is responsible for marketing and showing BDG’s available office and residential spaces as well as new lease negotiation. Since graduating from Northeastern University in 2006, Andy has been working in the residential and commercial leasing field throughout Greater Boston. He works closely with other members of the Property Management team to facilitate smooth leasing transactions

Vivian Cheng – Tenant Services Coordinator

Vivian brings expert customer service and attention to detail into her role as Tenant Services Coordinator at BDG. With previous real estate experience at Marcus & Millichap, Vivian is responsible for daily coordination and scheduling of the BDG maintenance team, as well as providing first class customer service to tenants.

Brooke Frey – Property Manager

Since joining the BDG team nearly 5 years ago, Brooke has brought a committed focus to the Property Management team. She is responsible for overseeing the entire tenant lifecycle including first class tenant service and retention. With a background in marketing and communications, she brings a strong sense of tenant dedication to BDG. Brooke received her Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.

Lisa Gomes – Project Manager

As a BDG employee for over 7 years, Lisa has a broad range of experience throughout the real estate field. Her primary responsibilities include supervising and coordinating current and future tenant build-outs, and managing capital improvement projects. Lisa has supervised an extensive range of tenant build-out projects throughout the BDG portfolio.

Jennifer Angrisani – Director of Property Management

Celebrating her 10th Anniversary with BDG in 2010, Jennifer plays a vital role in overseeing daily operations in the Property Management division. She works closely with the Development team to smoothly triage major projects through Property Management. Her decade of experience at BDG has streamlined tenant relations and modernized BDG’s Property Management division. Jennifer is a graduate of Northeastern University.
